  2. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
    → We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@bazarinoui.com. Once your order has been shipped, we won’t be able to make any modifications.

    → Not yet, but we’re working on it! Stay tuned.

Shipping & Delivery

  1. Where do you ship to?
    → We currently ship to Europe, USA, Middle East. If your country isn’t listed, feel free to reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

  2. How much does shipping cost? 
    We're excited to offer free shipping across the EU. All other destinations: Shipping fees depend on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

  3. How long does shipping take?
    → Delivery times vary by location:

    • Europe: 5-10 business days
    • Other Region: 8-14 business days
    • International Orders: up to 21 business days
  4. How can I track my order?
    → Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also check your tracking status under My Account > Orders.

  5. What happens if my package gets lost?
    → If your package is missing, please contact us at service@bazarinoui.com and we’ll do our best to help you locate it.


Returns & Exchanges

  1. Do you accept returns?
    → Yes! While we can’t cover return costs as a small startup, we make returns easy for you—just use the return label included in your package.

  2. How long do I have to return an item?
    → You can return your item within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it’s unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

  3. How do I return an item?
    → Simply pack your item securely, attach the included return label, and drop it off at your nearest shipping point.

  4. Can I exchange an item?
    → At the moment, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order.

  5. What if my item is damaged or defective?
    → We want you to love your purchase! If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, please email us at service@bazarinoui.com with a photo of the issue, and we’ll take care of it.

  1. What fabric are your dresses made of? Where are your dresses made?
    → Our dresses are made from 100% lightweight cotton with beautiful handmade Indian block prints—perfect for hot weather.
    → Our dresses are handmade in India by skilled artisans who use traditional techniques passed down through generations. We proudly support a family-run business that meets all ethical standards. When you purchase one of our dresses, you’re not only getting a beautiful piece of craftsmanship but also empowering artisans who honor timeless methods and fair practices

  2. Are all dresses exactly the same?
    → Each dress is a one-of-a-kind piece! Since our dresses feature handmade Indian block prints, slight variations in color and pattern may occur—this is part of their unique charm and what makes them special.

  3. How should I wash my dress?
    → To keep your dress looking its best:

  • Wash at 30°C (cold wash)
  • Use a handwash cycle
  • Place in a wash bag for protection
  • Avoid bleach & harsh detergents
  • Air dry to maintain fabric quality
  1. Do your sizes run true to size?
    → Our dresses generally fit true to size, but for the best fit, please check our size guide. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out!

  2. Will my dress shrink after washing?
    → Since our dresses are made from natural cotton, a slight shrinkage (3-5%) may occur after the first wash. Washing in cold water and air-drying will help minimize this.

  3. Do the prints fade over time?
    → Our dresses feature handcrafted Indian block prints. With proper care (gentle washing and air drying), they will remain vibrant for a long time.
